Terms of Use

These terms cover public property search, agency and seller listings, paid visibility products, lead delivery, dashboards and platform rules.

Last updated: 27 May 2026

Platform role

ktivio is a real estate marketing platform and marketplace. Property information is supplied by agencies, private sellers, XML feeds and platform administrators. Buyers and renters should verify availability, title, price, planning details and legal status before making decisions.

Listings and accuracy

Agencies and sellers are responsible for keeping listings accurate, lawful and up to date. ktivio may moderate, reject, archive or remove listings that are misleading, duplicated, expired, abusive or non-compliant.

Leads and communication

When a visitor submits an inquiry, calls, emails or uses WhatsApp buttons, ktivio may track the interaction and deliver the lead to the relevant agency or seller. Agencies remain responsible for their own client relationship and CRM processes.

Paid products

Subscriptions, listing payments, boosts, featured placements, banners, newsletter features and advertising packages may have start dates, end dates, limits, reporting metrics and renewal terms. Failed payments may pause or stop paid visibility.

Acceptable use

Users must not scrape, spam, upload unlawful content, impersonate agencies, submit fake leads, bypass security controls or interfere with platform analytics and monetization systems.

Changes

ktivio may update these terms as the platform expands. Continued use of the website after changes means the updated terms apply.

Cookies and privacy choices

ktivio uses essential cookies for secure login and site functions. Optional analytics and marketing cookies help us measure property demand and show ads only with consent.
